In the event of a palpable or obvious error in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information, 777cxc reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to pricing errors, system malfunctions, and data feed errors from third-party providers.

Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared void by the governing body, market settlement follows the relevant sport-specific rules. 777cxc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, 777cxc will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the user via the most recent verified payment method on the Account. In cases of breach-related termination, funds may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law.
